Kelly Seward

Kelly grew up in rural Manitoba as the second daughter in a family of four. She went into nursing after high school, but felt the artistic urge in the early twenties and ended up with a degree in interior design. Here she discovered a talent for watercolor painting. As luck and life would have it, nursing took over, and she spent her working life in the nursing field where she had a successful and fulfilling career. Now in retirement, she has resumed her love of art and rural Manitoba. She lives on Lake Winnipeg and spends winters in Florida. She has worked with oils, pencil and watercolor. Kelly is a member of the Gimli Art Club where she continues to learn from these talented artists.
