SUZANNE BARROW..... A member of THE MANITOBA SOCIETY OF ARTISTS.

Biography  

I began painting in the fall of 1995. The first few years with oil,
then adding watercolour in 2003. 
In 2006 I added Pottery and in the late fall of 2007, Acrylics.
Working in all of these mediums has given me a new meaning
to the word challenge.
Landscapes, Flowers, Gardens, Pet Portraits and Northern
Lights and more recently Abstracts, are some of my favorite things to paint.
The subjects I choose helps to decide the medium I work in.
My work titled “Morning Mist” in Oil, was selected for the Wellington West Capitol Award during the 2001 Red River
Exhibition Juried Art Show.
My paintings are in private collections across Canada,
the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and
more recently Iceland.
I am currently a member of the Gimli Art Club and the
Winnipeg Local Colour Art Group.
My work is on permanent display in the Gimli Art Gallery,
